Novickas had the game winning goal in the second overtime against Dominican University in the NAC tournament final on Friday, advancing AU to their sixth NCAA tournament in the last nine seasons.

Novickas led the Spartans to a 7-0 win over Concordia University Chicago in AU's only contest of the week. In the victory, she had two goals and two assists and helped the Spartans clinch their fourth consecutive Northern Athletics Conference championship and the top seed in the NAC tournament.

Wilson had a pair of scores last week, including the game-winner in a double overtime victory at Marian University on Saturday.

Wong put in extra duty at the net in both Spartan wins this week recording wins in both decisions. She recorded a shutout in AU's 1-0 double overtime victory at Dominican University, and recorded three saves in the team's 2-1 overtime win against Marian University.

LaFond's week was highlighted by two hat tricks as the Inferno went 2-1 in three games. On Tuesday's victory over Wisconsin Lutheran, she recorded a natural hat trick which included goals in the first 5 minutes of each half, and also assisted on a goal. On Thursday at Mount Mary College LaFond recorded her second hat trick of the week plus one, as she tallied four goals and two assists in the nonconference victory. Her first goal against Mount Mary came just 1:42 into the game. For the week she totaled 17 points on seven goals and three assists.

Rogers scored five goals including a pair versus rival Northland International University last week. She scored the game-winning goal to give the Crusaders the 3-2 win over NIU.

Ficek helped the Stars to two conference wins last week scoring three goals. The rookie scored a pair of goals at Benedictine on Tuesday, and recorded the game-winner at Lakeland on Saturday. The Stars on currently on a five-game winning streak.

Ryan played a big role in two games for the Falcons last week. In a 1-1 overtime tie with Edgewood College and a 2-1 victory over Aurora University she tallied 12 saves in 200 minutes at the net.

Brittany Graham, Marian University

Graham led the Sabres with four goals this past week as the team recorded two victories. Her big game came on Saturday as her hat trick helped lead Marian to a 4-0 victory over visiting Concordia University Chicago.

August 31-September 6

Kelsey Kochanowski, Alverno College
...5-6...Freshman...Forward...Oak Creek, Wis. (Oak Creek)...
Kochanowski began her collegiate career with a natural hat trick and then some, scoring four goals in the season opening 7-0 win. She then tallied a goal in the 4-1 victory over North Central (Minn.) and the team's lone goal in a 4-1 loss to Northland International.
